Please separate the Writer, Editor, and Designer Marketplaces, as the workflow should work a bit differently in each marketplace. Writer orders are all by the word, and super simple and functional as is. Designer orders are by the project, and really should start with a casting call, where a winner can be selected, and hired for the project. Editors orders should be priced by the word for ease, but placed by one of the WA staff members that selects the editor based on the needs and type (Proofreading, Formatting, Editing) and turnaround time, without having to select an editor for a project, unless you want to go back to an editor that you had success with which would be possible, unless that Editor is not available.
